Refund Policy — Light of Atlas

At Light of Atlas, all sales are final.
Due to the personalized and energetic nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for any sessions, classes, workshops, events, or digital products.

1. Energy Exchange Policy

Each service provided by Light of Atlas involves a unique energetic exchange that cannot be reversed once the session has taken place or the energy has been initiated.
Because of this, refunds are not available under any circumstance, including dissatisfaction with results, perceived outcomes, or changes of mind.

2. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full.
In case of emergency or illness, a one-time reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

All deposits and prepayments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date if proper notice is provided.

3. Workshops, Events & Training Programs

Payments for workshops, training programs, or group events are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and preparation begins well in advance.
If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another participant or applied to a future event — subject to availability and approval.

4. Digital Products

All purchases of digital content (such as guided meditations, manuals, or online courses) are final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been sent.

5. Practitioner Cancellations

If Light of Atlas needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered the choice to reschedule or receive a full credit toward another service.
Credits must be used within 6 months of issue.

6. Acknowledgement

By booking a session, event, or purchasing any offering from Light of Atlas, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
